These terms govern your Xnovart account and your use of our products. Each product may add conditions of its own.
1. Who we are
Xnovart is the trade name of the company that provides our products («we»). These terms govern your Xnovart account and your use of any of them.
By creating your account or using a product you accept these terms, on behalf of yourself and of the company you use it for.

2. Your account
One Xnovart account lets you into all our products. Keep its password to yourself: what is done with your account is your responsibility.
The people of your company and what each may do are given by the company's owner. The details you give us must be true and kept up to date.
3. Each product
Each product may have its own conditions — its trial, its plans, what it does for you — which add to these terms. Where one says something different, the product's applies to that product.
4. Prices and payment
Each product's prices are those of its pricing page, in soles with IGV included. A plan is paid in advance, monthly or yearly: at the start of each period the invoice reaches your email, with how to pay it.
If we change a price, we tell you in advance and it applies from your next period.
5. What you make with our products
What you create or upload — your texts, pictures, products and your business's data — is yours, and so is the responsibility for it. You give us the permission we need to keep, show and process it to provide the service, and nothing more.
You may not use our products for what is illegal, deceptive or harmful: to sell what the law forbids, to use someone else's data or work without permission, to send spam, or to attack our systems or anyone else's. We may suspend what does, and we tell you why.
6. Others you connect
When you connect someone else's service — a payment gateway, a receipt issuer, your domain — you do so under your own contract with them, and each charges you its own; we are not a party to it.
7. The service
We work to keep our products available and your data safe. They are provided as they are today; we may improve or change them, and we tell you beforehand of any change that takes away something you use.
As far as the law allows, we answer for direct harm caused by our fault, up to what you paid us in the last twelve months. Your rights as a consumer under Peru's Consumer Protection and Defence Code are not limited by these terms.
8. Leaving
You may stop using a product whenever you like, by not paying the next period. Write to us if you want a copy of your data or want it deleted, except what the law obliges us to keep.
9. Claims, law and changes
For a reclamo or a queja you have our Libro de Reclamaciones; for anything else, write to hola@xnovart.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Peru.
If we change these terms, we publish the new ones here with their date and tell you by email before they apply. The Spanish version prevails.
